Our seat pans and braces are pressed in my garage using our own custom press. The closed-cell foam is cast in a mould we built, then shaped by hand. Fabrication is handled by our good friend Ewen Bower over at Kuro Cycles, just down the road.

From there, each seat is cut, sewn, and upholstered in the workshop at my flat.
