Returns & Refunds
If something’s not right, we’ll sort it.
You’ve got 14 days from when your order turns up to get in touch about a return or exchange.
The basics:
– Items need to be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
– Return postage is on you (unless we messed up or something arrived damaged)
– Use a tracked service if you can — we can’t take responsibility for stuff that goes missing on the way back
– Once the item’s back with us and checked over, we’ll process your refund or swap
– Custom or made-to-order items can’t be returned unless there’s a fault
How to return something:
Drop us an email at [your email address] with your order number, what you’re returning, and why.
We’ll reply with the return address and what to do next.
Just a heads-up: if you send something back without letting us know first, we might not be able to process
